Apex Homes in Middleburg, PA has long been known for high quality modular homes. Here is one of the homes they recently sent to NJ for a family. I’m not sure what the customer’s home looked like before Sandy but I could certainly live out my retirement in this one.

The home is a 2,852 square foot 2 story with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Beautiful ceramic tile showers with ceramic tile floors and a ceramic backsplash in kitchen. Hardwood floors throughout the first floor. It also has great porches and second floor exterior balcony for that gorgeous view of the ocean.
