This week’s interview features Craig Thompson, a sales rep for Mod-U-Kraf Homes and Excel Homes and Andy McKewon, the owner of Carolina Custom Homes of Burlington, NC have a thought provoking discussion all about Modular construction; the state of the industry; and the common misconceptions that have, for years, predominated.

Even though this is almost an hour long, it is interesting enough that everyone in the modular industry should listen to it. The casual conversation style used in this interview feels like you’re sitting around the table and jawboning about the benefits of modular.
