On June 30th, 2015 Foremost Modular Homes in Greencastle, PA was scheduled to be sold to GLD Partners, LP, Ralph Michael, the President of Foremost said in a News Bulletin.

Upon completion of the sale, Jim Rockwell, the former GM, will take over as COO, Chief Operating Officer.

GLD Partners, LP is headquartered in New York City. I looked up GLD Partners, LP and the link above is the only one I found. If this really is the buyer, it looks like someone with really deep pockets is ready to enter the modular housing game.
