Westchester Homes’ Successful Craftsman Series

Back in 2010 I wrote an article titled GEARING UP FOR ARTS AND CRAFT HOMES that continues to get a few hundred visits every month. I realize that most modular home factories can build an Arts and Crafts home but nobody has taken to the next level like Westchester Modular Homes did about 5 years ago. This series of homes continues to grow in popularity for them.

Their CRAFTSMAN RANCH SERIES is inspired by the hand-crafted arts and design movement of the late 19th century. Keeping in line with the original architectural design of blending the home into the natural environment, the Westchester incorporates all of the handcrafted charm of yesteryear coupled with today’s demand for open floor plans, modern amenities and high quality construction.

With the welcoming appeal of 9/12 roof pitches, architectural shingles, dormers, large optional front porches and an abundance of natural light, these homes are functional, spacious and radiate a warm, cozy cottage feel. They also include the highest quality Westchester standards such as CertainTeed® siding packages with trim, dramatic gable end overhangs and Andersen® windows at no additional cost. In addition, many premium options are available.
