MHBA’s March “Home of Month” is Spectacular

Next time, use 2x8 walls 24OC with R-30 insulation. (They rate R-27 when compressed). Then insulate the foundation with R-30 using Superior Walls. Install super high-perf windows and Energy Star appliances, and LED lamps.

WHEN YOU DO THIS heat pumps you spec will be 3T instead of the 6T you spec'd.

Anyone spending this kind of money deserves your consult as an expert home builder.
