Simplex Introduces New App for Their Builders

Simplex is thrilled to introduce “The Simplex Homes App”, our latest marketing effort to keep both our builders and Simplex in the forefront of the housing market.  The App is now available on both the App Store and Google Play.  (Please see attachment)

It is clear that the housing market is on the upswing and The Simplex App will add yet another tool to allow prospective customers find us.

We will be unveiling our App at our Builders Event on April 28, 2017 with a presentation by the App Developer, Rick Rippon.

To become a featured builder on the Simplex Homes App, Simplex will take into consideration the following criteria:

1. The length of time the builder has been doing business with Simplex.
2. Is the builder an exclusive customer of Simplex
3. What is the builder’s business plan, are they a full time builder
4. Is the builder exclusive to modular construction
