Express Modular Announces Rebrand to Impresa Modular

The new brand reinforces the company's investment in innovation and serves as an opportunity to remain unique in the marketplace.


Express Modular, a disruptive, technology-driven, custom modular home provider, is changing its name to better reflect its identity driven by rapid expansion. The company, established in 2008, is changing its name to Impresa Modular to better elevate the company's long-term vision of providing a range of high-quality, on-demand, reliable services to home buyers, builders and developers, as well as opportunities for franchising.

This is an exciting move for us! Our new name will allow us to expand beyond Express Modular. We didn't intend for the timing of our rebranding to happen at the same time as we all deal with the impacts of the coronavirus. As it turns out, Impresa Modular is now the original social distancing custom modular home builder!

As much has been said recently about CrossMod as a new brand of product or more politely put a new name for an old process that was branded to
reflect a new beginning in what clients think of an industry that branded itself in the fifties as building trailers regardless of the progress the
industry has made since 1955 the public along with many professionals still brand them as trailers or mobile homes.

Your new brand refelcts you are more than quickly or "expressly" built trailers/mobile homes, they are more importantly homes built in a modular process which are assembled in a manufacturing facility where you as the builder use the best in integrated vertical building processes reflecting excellance and quality in product that can be trusted by your clients. It establishes your product is built right with the pride of using skilled teams serving many years in their respective manufacturing facility or industry as a whole.

I dont think enough is emphasized about the Pride Plant Workers take in building new homes, many with years of talented experience which is
ultimatley reflected in the quality and workmanship of each home built. As this is much different than site builders who reflect upon their job as routine and it doesn't take long to establish that thought if you been on a building site very long.

Personal Branding is important for both the company as well as its workers to ensure trustwortiness in the marketplacde and in the clients it desires to attract.
